We offer subscription-based services for our application. Payments for these services are securely processed through third-party payment gateways, including Paddle. By subscribing to our services, you agree to pay the subscription fees at the rate specified at the time of your subscription.

Should you wish to cancel your subscription, you can do so at any time by contacting us at todochat.office@kaminono.com. Please note, cancellation of your subscription does not automatically trigger a refund.

Refunds, if applicable, are issued at our sole discretion and are generally only considered under exceptional circumstances. If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact us with a detailed explanation of your request. We will review your request and respond promptly.

Please note, if a refund is granted, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account due to processing times of financial institutions.

We reserve the right to change our subscription fees at any time. We will notify you in advance of any changes to provide you with the opportunity to cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.

We will also comply with Paddle's requirements for data collection and retention for transactions processed through Paddle.

We will comply with all requirements and restrictions from Paddle regarding the integration of third-party services.
